Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Leave granted.

The First Information Report was registered on 11th February,

2021. In the first charge-sheet filed by the Police, the

appellant, who is a woman, has not been shown as an accused. On a

query made by the Court, the learned ASG appearing for the State

submitted that the appellant has cooperated for investigation by

remaining present.

In this view of the matter, the interim order dated

10th September, 2024 is made absolute on the same terms and

conditions.

The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
