O R D E R 1. Leave granted.

2. The intervenor - M/s Shree Dhairiyalakshmi Poly Sack Pvt. Ltd.

is permitted to be impleaded as respondent. Cause-title may be

amended accordingly.

3. The dispute arising in these appeals was referred to mediation

vide order dated 06.08.2024 to Hon’ble Mr. Justice V.

Ramasubramanian, Former Judge of the Supreme Court. The mediation

before him has been successful. The Mediator has filed a report

dated 03.03.2025 of the successful completion of the mediation.

4. In view of the settlement arrived into between the parties

before the Mediator and as recorded in the mediation report which

is binding on the parties to the settlement, hence, we allow the

appeals in terms of the said arrangement.

5. The appeals stand disposed of in terms of the above settlement

and the decree be drawn accordingly.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
