2. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned
judgment and order passed by the High Court. The special
leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
3. However, since, the petitioner has been in custody
for last four years, the Trial Court is directed to
expedite the trial and conclude the same, preferably
within one year from today.
