UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Issue fresh notice to Respondent No.2-complainant returnable in
six weeks.
2. In addition, the notice be served through the SHO of the
concerned police station. Learned counsel for the State to ensure that
service be made effective and the report of service be made available
