UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
had earlier preferred a transfer petition in the year 2010 which
has not been disclosed in the present petition. He prays for two
weeks’ time to explain non-disclosure of the earlier petition.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks
permission of this Court to withdraw the present transfer petition.
3. Accordingly, the transfer petition stands dismissed as
withdrawn.
