O R D E R
1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife
seeking transfer of Case bearing HMA/41/2024 titled as
“Anurag Sharma vs. Geetika Kaushik”, pending before the
Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court,
Gurdaspur, Punjab to the Family Court, South District,
Saket Court, Delhi.
2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties, we allow the Transfer Petition and direct that
the Case bearing HMA/41/2024 titled as “Anurag Sharma vs.
Geetika Kaushik” be transferred from the Court of
Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurdaspur,
Punjab to the Family Court, South District, Saket Court,
Delhi.
3. The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record
of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

4. The transferee court shall make all possible endeavours
first for an amicable settlement between the parties,
failing which for early decision in the matter without
unnecessary adjournments.
5. The parties would be at liberty to appear in the
proceedings before the Family Court through the video
conferencing platform.
6. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
