O R D E R
1. This matter was referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Centre
for the purpose of exploring the possibility of some amicable
settlement.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned
counsel appearing for the parties brought to our notice that the
matter has been settled.
3. The Settlement Agreement dated 28.08.2025 has been reduced
into writing before the Supreme Court Mediation Centre duly signed
by the parties, their respective counsel, including the learned
Mediator.
4. The Settlement Agreement reads thus:-
“SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
This settlement Agreement is entered into between Petitioners Mr. Avaneesh Guha S/o Ashok Kumar Guha R/o. 07-1394, Ring Road No.2, Near Bhatia Petrol Pump, Jarhabhata, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh and Respondent No.1, Mr. Motilal Dayalani S/o. Late Dularam Dayalani R/o. Sindhi Colony, Jarhabhata, Bilaspur, Tehsil and District, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
