UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1 Mr V Giri, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant
submits that by the order of the NCLAT dated 19 September 2019 (Annexure
A-21), the appellant was required to deposit Rs 2.13 crores with the
respondent, which was to be held in a separate interest bearing account,
failing which the Interim Resolution Professional would constitute the
Committee of Creditors. Mr V Giri, learned senior counsel also submits that
