pursuant to the restitution proceedings initiated by the
respondent-husband, the parties have started living together under
the same roof. In view of the above, the petitioner-wife does not
want to press this petition.
2. That being so, the instant petition has been rendered
infructuous, and the same stands disposed of as such.
3. As a result, the pending interlocutory applications also
stand disposed of.
