We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order passed
by the High Court declining anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, if the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular
bail, the same may be considered expeditiously on its own merits.
