This contempt petition has been filed alleging non
compliance of order dated 13.10.2023 directing maintenance of
status quo. It is alleged that after the order of status quo, the
Commissioner (Education) of Government of Arunachal
Pradesh issued order dated 21.11.2023. On issuance of notice
in the contempt petition, the said order has been withdrawn,
submits Mr. Abhimanyu Tewari, learned counsel appearing for
the State.
In view of the withdrawal of the order, no life survives in
this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is
disposed of.
Contempt notice issued stands discharged.
