1) The petitioner (wife) has filed this transfer petition

seeking transfer of HMA No. 301/2022 titled as Vivek Sharma

v. Abhilasha alias Bulbul filed by the respondent (husband)

under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from Family

Court, Roorkee, Haridwar, to competent Court having

jurisdiction at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

2) Despite service of notice on the respondent, no one had

entered appearance on his behalf. Vide order dated

20.11.2024, awaiting representation of the respondent, the

matter was adjourned. Even today, there is no one present on

behalf of the respondent to oppose the prayer as made in the

Transfer Petition.

3) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

considering the averments made in the petition, in our view, it

would be inconvenient to the petitioner(wife), who is staying at

Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, to attend the proceedings at

Roo...
