UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
In this Miscellaneous Application, Registry of this
Court has sought permission for making available certain
documents to the Superintendent of Police, Central Bureau
of Investigation (CBI), New Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
certified copies of those documents have already been made
available to the CBI by the petitioner. However, the CBI
is requesting for the said documents from the Registry of
this Court.
Considering the said request, the Registry of this
Court is permitted to make available the documents
requested by the CB...
