UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. Notice on contempt petition was issued on 27.09.2024.
2. As per office report, notice was delivered to all the three
alleged contemnors through dasti as well as registered mode but as
per tracking report, notice was not delivered and returned with
remarks ”no such person”. Learned counsel for the petitioner has
filed proof of service stating therein that he has personally as
well as through speed post tried to serve the notice to all three
alleged contemnors but they refused to accept.
3. Issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten

thousand only) with one surety of the like amount for appearance of
