UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following O R D E R
There is a delay of 1422 days in the filing of the present
application for restoration of the special leave petition.
Even otherwise, we do not find any good ground and reason to
interfere with the judgment that was impugned in SLP (C) Diary
No.3889/2019.
In view of the aforesaid position, the application for
condonation of delay as well as the miscellaneous application are
dismissed.
