O R D E R
1. Application (I.A. No.90003/2025) seeking substitution
to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent
no.2 is allowed after condoning the delay and setting
aside the abatement. Cause title be amended accordingly.
2. Leave granted.
3. The parties have entered into a settlement under the
aegis of the Mediation Centre and have resolved their
dispute through a Settlement Agreement dated 03.04.2025.
The said agreement is signed by the appellant(s) as well
as respondent no.2 (deceased) and his legal
representatives, who are now party respondent(s).
4. As per the settlement agreement, the parties have

resolved the dispute in the following terms:
“1. That the plot numbers 3/0.0830 Hectare, 22A/0.0660, 101S/0.0570, 203/0.0270, 202/0.224, 204/0.0150, 221/0.2610, 253A/0.3700, 250B/0.0690, 249/0.1210, 267A/0.0860, 278V/0.1130, 305V/0.1110, 17V/0.0190, 41/0.1500, 199A/0.0100, 230/0.1210, 274A/0.0530, 281V/0.0690, 21V/0.0400, 42/0.0410, 212/0.136, 232/0.1260, 277/0.2410, 285/0.1780, 252V/0.0160, 250A/0.1540 Hectare of the Village - Kotiya, Pargana - Fakharpur, Tehsil - Mahsi, District - Bahraich, were the disputed land.
