IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION
CRIMINAL APPEAL NO(s). OF 2024 (Arising out of SLP(Crl.) No.13020/2024)
MURLI MANOHAR NAAMDEV APPELLANT(S)
VERSUS
STATE OF RAJASTHAN RESPONDENT(S)
ORDER
Leave granted.
Heard learned senior counsel appearing for
the appellant, as also the learned counsel
appearing for the respondent as well as the
complainants who have applied for impleadment.
There are multiple F.I.R.s, all of which
have been clubbed together. There are 38 accused
persons and 37 of them have already been enlarged
on bail. No doubt, the appellant before us is the
main accused being the Managing Director of the

Since the charge sheet has already been
filed but the trial has not commenced, we deem it
proper to enlarge the appellant also on bail.
Accordingly, it is directed to release the
appellant on bail on such terms and conditions as
the Trial Court may deem fit and proper.
The present appeal is allowed in the above
2
terms.
