UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. No application has been moved on behalf of the respondent for
withdrawal of the suitors’ fund amount.
2. The Civil Appeal No.3652 of 2023 was dismissed in limine, vide
order dated 12.05.2023. In this background, it is hereby directed
that the suitors’ fund amount of Rs.50,000/- shall be deposited in
the SCAORA (Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association) Welfare
Fund.
3. Accordingly, the Miscellaneous Application is disposed of.
4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
