O R D E R
This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner-
wife under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking
transfer of M.C. No. 4143 of 2019 titled as “Dasari Murali Krishna
vs. Smt Arasada Renuka alias Dasari Renuka” pending in the Court of
Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, Karnataka to the Court of
the Judge, Family Court-Cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge,
Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Notices were issued on 15.01.2020. As per the office
report, service is complete through the Trial Court. However, the
respondent-husband has not entered appearance despite service.
Having considered the circumstances in their totality, we
are of the view that in the interest of justice, transfer of the
proceedings, as prayed for, is warranted.
Accordingly, this transfer petition is allowed and it is
directed that M.C. No. 4143 of 2019 titled as “Dasari Murali
Krishna vs. Smt Arasada Renuka alias Dasari Renuka” shall stand
transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court,
Bangalore, Karnataka to the Court of the Judge, Family Court-Cum-V

Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, Andhra
Pradesh.
