UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Taking note of the circumstances indicate, the time to deposit
the 20% of the cheque amount as ordered by the High Court on
04.09.2021, is extended by four weeks. For the said four weeks, the
benefit granted by the Order dated 04.09.2021 by the High Court
shall remain in force and the original petition will be considered
by the High Court on merits.
