1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to
withdraw the present petition.
2. Leave as prayed for is granted. The Special Leave
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, while granting
liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court for
seeking regular bail. If such an application is moved
before the trial Court, the same shall be considered and
appropriate orders shall be passed thereon expeditiously.
