Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Leave granted.
If there is a delay on the part of the appellants in
depositing the sum of Rs.7 crores in terms of the impugned order,
the delay stands condoned. The second part of the impugned order
dated 15th July, 2024 is modified to the extent that 50 per cent
amount shall be released to the respondent on the respondent
furnishing a bank guarantee for the said amount of any nationalised
bank to the satisfaction of the Commercial Court.
The Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of.
