1. The applicant/petitioner was enlarged on bail in a case
registered under Sections 13(1)(e) read with Section 13(2) of the
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 by this Court vide order dated
06.03.2019 as corrected on 12.03.2019. While granting bail to the
applicant/petitioner, one of the condition imposed upon him was
that during the pendency of the trial at Patiala (Punjab), he will
stay in Delhi except on the days where he needs to attend the Court
