1. Against rejection of regular bail by the High Court and to seek
bail, the present Special Leave Petition has been filed. The
petitioner is in custody w.e.f. 15.02.2021 in connection with FIR
No 21/2021 dated 15.02.2021 for the offences punishable under
Sections 8 and 15 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic
Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Borunda,
Jodhpur Rural, Rajasthan.
