appearance. However, However, Mr. Rajinder Kumar, Ld. Advocate
appearing for Mr. Ajay Laroia, Ld. AOR seeks time to file
vakalatnama and counter affidavit. Four weeks time, is granted for
the said purpose.
After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for
listing before the Hon’ble Court as per rules.
