O R D E R
Leave granted.
The appellant stands charged for the offence
punishable under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B), 22(b) and
23(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985.
Taking into consideration the facts that the
appellant has undergone incarceration for more than
11 months, the contraband seized is not of commercial
quantity, there are no prior criminal antecedents in
which the appellant is involved, and that the trial
is likely to take some more time to conclude, we are
inclined to grant bail to the appellant.
Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside
and the appellant is granted bail on terms and
conditions which are to the satisfaction of the Trial
Court.

The appeal stands allowed accordingly.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand
disposed of.
