O R D E R

1. Read the office report dated 17th December, 2024.

2. The marriage between the petitioner, Garima Ashish Soni,

and the respondent, Ashish Umesh Soni, was solemnized on 08th

July, 2022. No child is born to them from such wedlock.

However, after marriage, the parties have since drifted apart

owing to differences arising between them.

3. The respondent has instituted proceedings under Section

13(1)(i-a)(iii) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing Petition

No.A-1484/2023 titled “Ashish Umesh Soni V. Garima Ashish

Soni” before the Family Court at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

4. On the multiple grounds urged in the petition, the petitioner

has sought for transfer of the aforesaid proceedings from the

Family Court at Nagpur, Maharashtra to the Family Court of Pali,

Rajasthan.

5. We have heard Mr. Santosh Mishra, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. Satyajit A. Desai,

learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

6. We are satisfied, having regard to the inconvenience the

petitioner is likely to face if the proceedings were continued in

the Family Court at Nagpur, Maharashtra, which is at a distance

of around 1000 kms from her present place of residence, that
