UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that
though the allegations were that the deceased was beaten
up, as a result of which she died, in fact she died on
account of complications during pregnancy. In the
postmortem, no injury was found on the body of the
deceased. Moreover, there is a delay of more than 60
days in filing the First Information Report.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 9th
February, 2026.
In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the
petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing bail
bonds to the satisfa...
