O R D E R
1. The present petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated
16.08.2022, whereby SLP(Crl.) No. 7578 of 2022 has been dismissed.
2. There is a delay of 712 days in filing the present Review Petition for which
no satisfactory explanation has been offered by the petitioner. The Review Petition is
liable to be dismissed on the ground of delay alone.
3. Nevertheless, we have carefully gone through the Review Petition and the
papers appended therewith. We do not find any merit in the same.
4. The Review Petition is, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as
well as on merits.
5. As a result, the pending interlocutory application also stands disposed of.
