UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. This special leave petition has been filed against an order
dated 08.10.2025 passed by a Division Bench of the High Court of
Delhi, whereby the petitioner’s writ petition, purportedly filed in
public interest, has been dismissed.
2. We find that the writ petition was totally frivolous and has
been rightly dismissed by the High Court.
3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
4. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
