Leave granted.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
On a query made by the Court, the learned counsel
appearing for the respondent-State accepted that the
appellant has cooperated for investigation and that
charge sheet has been filed against the appellant.
In view of this development, the interim order dated
11th September, 2024 is made absolute on the condition
that that the appellant shall regularly and punctually
attend the Trial Court and shall cooperate with the Trial
Court for early disposal of the case.
In the event, the appellant fails to cooperate, it
will be open for the respondent to apply to the Trial
Court for cancellation of bail.

The appeal is accordingly allowed.
