2. This writ petition, invoking the powers of this Court under
Article 32 of the Constitution of India, has been filed by Jaypee
Infratech Limited, seeking a writ of mandamus for expeditious
disposal of Writ-C No.30272/2009, which is pending before the High
Court of Judicature of Allahabad (in short, the “High Court”).
