Leave granted.
Having regard to the facts of the present case; the nature of
the allegations made; as well as the fact that the charge sheet has
already been filed, we are of the opinion that the present appeal
deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, we set aside the impugned
order dated 25.07.2024 cancelling the anticipatory bail which was
granted to the appellant, Bhupesh Ashok Kamble.
The appellant, Bhupesh Ashok Kamble, will appear before the
trial court on or before 14.02.2025 and will furnish bail bonds as
per the terms and conditions already fixed by the trial court.
We are informed that the appellant, Bhupesh Ashok Kamble, had
been granted exemption from personal appearance. We are not
interfering with the said order. The direction to appear and to
furnish bail bonds will not be treated as nullification of the said
direction.

Recording the aforesaid, the appeal is allowed and disposed
of in the above terms.
