UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. We decline to entertain the present petition filed
by the petitioner invoking Article 32 of the Constitution
of India.
2. However, as learned counsel for the petitioner
states that the matter was partly heard by the High Court
on 6th September, 2022 on which date the case was
directed to be listed after two days, but the same has
not been listed so far, the petitioner is granted
liberty to move an application for early hearing before
the High Court.

the High Court is requested to consider the same and pass
appropriate orders for expediti...
