O R D E R
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
Leave granted.
It is not in dispute that a charge-sheet has been filed
against the appellant and the trial has started. Therefore, there
is no reason, at this stage, to take the appellant into custody.
Accordingly, the interim order dated 4th September, 2024 passed
by this Court is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.
The Appeal is, accordingly, allowed.
