O R D E R
1) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner (wife)
seeking transfer of Petition A No. 62 of 2024 titled as Mayank
Chaturvedi v. Priyanka Mayank Chaturvedi filed by the
respondent(husband) under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage
Act, 1955, pending before Family Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra
to the Family Court, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
2) As per office report dated 16.12.2024, notice was issued
to the respondent(husband) through registered A.D. post and
as per India Post Tracking report dated 22.11.2024, notice has
been received back with the remark ‘refused’. In addition
thereto, the petitioner has also served the respondent dasti and

affidavit to that effect has been filed.
3) It appears that the respondent does not wish to appear
and contest the matter. However, we proceed ex parte against
him.
