1. The Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant
to the Order dated 27-09-2024, the petitioners have surrendered.
He, however, prays for time to file copy of the statement of the
Autopsy Surgeon (PW-1) as well as the memorandum of appeal filed
before the High Court.
