against the conviction and sentence as directed and
reproduced, as thus :-

U/s : 450 IPC R.I. for ten year and fine of Rs.1,000/- & in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for one year.
U/s: 302 of IPC (for committing murder of Bhupendra Singh s/o Chandrabhan Singh)
R.I. for life and fine of Rs.1,000/- & in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for one year.

U/s: 302 of IPC (for committing murder of Ramlakhan Singh s/o Ganga Singh Gond)
R.I. for life and fine of Rs.1,000/- & in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for one year
U/s: 302 of IPC (for committing murder of Mohanlal s/o Tejbhan Singh Gond)
R.I. for life and fine of Rs.1,000/- & in default of payment of fine, further R.I. for one year

4. In view of the above table, the appellant was convicted
for three murders with a sentence of life directed to run
consecutively and the charge under Section 450 to run
