1. At the joint request made by the learned counsel for
the parties, the matter is referred to the Supreme Court
Mediation Centre for exploring the possibility of a
settlement.
2. The parties shall enter their first appearance on
07.12.2024 at 11:00 a.m before the learned Mediator either
physically or through virtual mode as may be permitted by the
learned Mediator. Learned counsel for the parties to co-
ordinate with the Mediation Centre in that regard.
