O R D E R
1. The petitioners have filed the captioned transfer petition
under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for transfer
of F.C.O.P No.56 of 2023, titled as “Chitturi Venkata Satya Rama
Rao Vs. Chitturi Tadanki Swathi” filed under Section 13-(1)(1-a) of
the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending before the Family Court at
Hanumakonda District, Telangana to the Family Court at Krishna
District, Andhra Pradesh.
2. Office Report dated 12.12.2023 indicates that the service is
complete on the respondent, however he has not entered appearance
and contest the case. Having heard learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner and perused the petition, we are of the view that
the petition made out of a case for transfer, more so that the
petitioner is unemployed, living with old aged parents of whom she
has to take care and also keeping in view the distance which she
has to travel.
3. Accordingly, the Transfer Petition is allowed. The Family
Court at Hanumakonda District, Telangana shall transfer the entire
records to the transferee Court, expeditiously. The transferee
