UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection

with FIR No. 04/2024 dated 08.02.2024 registered at Mahila

Police Station, Sheikhpura, Bihar for the offences punishable

under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Section 4

of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and

Sections 3(1)(e)(s)(w) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes

and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. In the present case, on perusal of the material on
