O R D E R
1. Leave granted.
2. The appellant has been implicated in pursuant to the
confessional statement given by the co-accused. The
offences alleged against the appellant are under Sections
420, 465, 467, 468, 471, and 120B of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860. It is a case of cheating done by fabrication
of the documents. The main accused has already been
arrested. The appellant has also joined the investigation.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, we are
inclined to set aside the impugned order and grant
anticipatory bail to the appellant.
4. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set aside and the
appellant is granted anticipatory bail, in the event of
his arrest, subject to the continued cooperation by the
appellant with the investigation. The trial Court is
empowered to impose the conditions as it deems fit for the

aforesaid purpose.
5. The appeal is allowed accordingly.
6. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
