Having heard learned counsel for the parties at length and
perused the record, we see no reason to interfere with the
concurrent findings returned by the courts below holding the
petitioner guilty of having committed an offence punishable under
Section 302 I.P.C. Accordingly, the special leave petition is
dismissed.
