UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
1. The Respondent-husband has not been served with the notice
issued by this Court till this date. Await service of notice to
the husband, once the service is completed notified this matter for
hearing.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife has been
able to procure the e-mail id of the respondent-husband. He is
permitted to inform him about the notice issued by this Court by e-
mail.
