UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
As per office report, petitioner has failed to file spare
copies for issuance of notice to sole respondent.
However, as prayed two days time is granted as a last chance
to the petitioner, for the said purpose.
If spare copies are filed, Registry to issue notice to sole
respondent and list again on 25.2.2025.
In case of default, process the matter for listing before the
Hon’ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
