On hearing counsel for the parties we recall our order dated September 10, 2012 passed in Criminal Appeal No.1410 of 2012 and relegate the appeal to its status as special leave petition. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 23064 of 2012 for modification and clarification, thus, stands disposed of. Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 26653 of 2012 for dissolution of marriage is rejected. Heard counsel for the parties in the Special Leave Petition (Criminal) No.1262 of 2010. We find no merit in the special leave petition. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
