The petitioner is an accused in a case bearing FIR No.666/2023
dated 01.06.2023 registered with Police Station Adhartal, District
Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh for the offences punishable under Sections
8/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. The 4th
bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by the High Court.
