Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We find no merit in the special leave petition.

The special leave petition is dismissed accordingly.

However, on the facts of the case, petitioner is granted time till 30th April, 2010 to vacate the premises in question on furnishing usual undertaking in this Court within two weeks from today.
