UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
It appears that transfer application case bearing RCT.5121 of
2023, titled “Raghav Kumar Singh vs. Smt. Priya Singh & Ors.”, was
referred to Lok Adalat at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
The District Legal Services Authority, Bhopal, has sent the
Settlement Format for Special Lok Adalat, 2024 signed by the
parties.
However, learned counsel appearing for both the petitioner and
respondents seeks time to verify whether the settlement has been
duly signed by all the parties.
List after one week.
