UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Respondent nos.1 and 3 have filed counter affidavit but
after opportunity to file the same was declined. Registry to
make specific mention of the fact in the office report while
placing the matter before the Hon’ble Court.
Respondent nos. 2 and 4 have filed counter affidavit but
vakalatnama has not been filed despite last opportunity having
been granted, as such, Registry to process the matter for
listing before the Hon’ble Judge in Chambers for further
directions.
